Newborn Baby Photography by Super Kimagery bio picture

Hey there!

Super Kimagery Photography is a custom boutique photography studio, catered to giving you a fabulous portrait experience! My goal is to help you decorate your home with beautiful portraiture you'll fall in love with over and over again. I specialize in natural light, on-location photography, bringing the magic to you; your home, the beach, forest, candy shop, laundry mat, or just about wherever else you can think of. My sessions aren't about rules.  It’s about fun.  And awesome photography of course.

If we haven't met before, Hi! My name is Kim and I want to shoot you. I'm married to Jun, the funniest enginerd I know. We've been together for 10 years and have 2 beautiful boys. Chance is 4 and with his quick wit and amazing negotiating skills, we think he's destined to become a hot shot lawyer one day. Nathan is 2 and more commonly referred to as 'the crazy one.' This little guy knows no fear and could quite possible be the next Richard Branson, if only he can survive his own antics and make it to adulthood. Both boys are nothing short of amazing and both are the reason I love photography. Welcome to my blog! I'm so glad you're here! Hollllla!!!

Cady | San Mateo Central Park Photographer

I’ll be honest. One of the reasons I love going out on photo shoots is cause it gets me out of the house….alone. As in, without my kids. We all need some ME time, right? Anyway, it’s funny because when I’m out on these shoots I find myself having fun with other people’s kids…chasing them, playing games, and having a blast. I tend to get really silly but the kids love it and so do I. Whatever it takes to get the shot. And then it’s weird because I start missing my own kids. After the shoot I can’t wait to get home and see them. I’m literally speeding down the freeway to get home. WTH! It’s supposed to be ME time. And then when I get home and I start counting down the days until my next shoot. It’s a vicious cycle I tell ya!

Allow me to introduce you to my sweet little friend, Cady. This is our second time shooting together. There’s always something really special about photographing the same child again, like Cady. They start feeling less like ‘clients’ and more like ‘friends’. They know you and they remember how much fun they had with you. They’re less nervous and more relaxed even with a camera in their face. I love 2nd sessions! Imagine my excitement when Cady’s mom told me she’s booking another session in a few months, this time with the entire family…in-laws and all. WOOT!

Anyway…on to the pictures…
